Whenever we go to any restaurant, the first starter in our mind, as well as on the menu card, is chicken. Because it is very cheap and easy to make for restaurants. Though if it is homemade chance is less right? So let’s see the making of Chicken Drumsticks today.

Ingredients
Chicken drumsticks – 12
Thick Curd/Yogurt – 3 spoon
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 5 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 3 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Lemon – ½
Thyme or Methi leaves – ½ tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Oil 3 tsp
Salt for taste
Steps
Wash the chicken drumsticks thoroughly. Slit the chicken legs in order to go marination inside well.
For the first marination, add just 2 tsp of red chilli powder and salt, and mix it.
Apply this mix inside the chicken slits and on top, and keep it for 1 hour.
After an hour, add the rest of the ingredients to a bowl and mix them to make the required masala. Yogurt should be very thick. Squeeze the lemon juice as well.
Apply this mix on top of all the chicken legs and marinate for a minimum of 3 to 4 hours.
Later, spray some oil in a Aluminium foil and place it on a baking pan and assemble the chicken in order.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Put the chicken tray inside the oven and broil it for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, turn the chicken over and cook for another 15 minutes.


Take out the chicken and serve.

Now the tasty and juicy chicken drumsticks are ready.
