Are you experiencing hair fall issues like alopecia?

Today, one of the main concerns for young people is hair loss. Many believe that hair will not grow in those areas if alopecia occurs. Alopecia is caused by poor blood circulation in the scalp and a lack of protein and proper maintenance. Scientists recommend using natural remedies to address these issues. Take a look at the following suggestions:

To prevent alopecia:

1. Lemon & Pepper seeds: This is an excellent natural remedy for alopecia. Grind lemon and pepper seeds with a little water to make a paste. Gently apply this paste to the affected areas. It may sting a bit, but it helps improve blood circulation and promotes hair growth. Repeat this process twice a week.

2. Licorice (Adhimadhuram in Tamil): Grind licorice with milk and European saffron, then apply this mixture to the areas affected by alopecia before bed. In the morning, wash it off with cool water.

3. Onion: Onion is also an effective remedy. Apply and gently rub it on the affected areas until they become reddish. Then, apply honey to those areas. Repeat this process every morning and evening.

4. Toor dal: Make a paste of toor dal and apply it to the affected areas during your bath. You will notice a significant difference.

For healthy hair:

1. Mix coconut oil with lemon juice and apply this mixture during your bath. This will help prevent hair loss and promote healthy hair growth.

2. Marinate Urad dal and onion, then grind them into a paste. Apply this paste to your scalp, leave it on for an hour, and then wash it off. You will notice longer hair.

3. Apply castor oil to your hair daily. This will help you achieve beautiful, voluminous hair and get rid of limp strands.

Remember, these natural remedies require consistency and patience. Give them a try and see the positive changes in your hair.
