Vegetable
noodles is a very popular Indo Chinese dish. I don't think there will
be anyone who does not like noodles.It is so easy to prepare and also
tastes good. I have added lot of vegetables to make it more healthy.
You can even use whole wheat noodles to make it even more healthier.
Today we will learn how to make Mixed Vegetable Noodles following
this simple recipe.
Ingredients:
Spaghetti – as needed (4 cakes)
Garlic chopped– 5 cloves
Ginger chopped – 1 inch
Green chilli – 4
Spring onion – 1 cup
Preferred vegetables – 1 cup
Sesame oil – 4 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Chilli sauce – 1 tsp
Salt as required
Steps:
Add 1 ltr of water in a pan and bring to boil. Add 4 Spaghetti cakes and 1 tsp of salt and cook for 3 minutes.
Drain the hot water immediately and cool down the cooked Spaghetti.
Heat 3 tsp of sesame oil in a pan. Once oil hot, add 5 chopped garlic cloves, 1 inch chopped ginger, 4 slitted green chilli and Fry it for a minute.
Now add 1 cup of chopped spring onion and stir it.
Then add 1 cup mixed preferred vegetables and stir it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now add cooked spaghetti and mix it.
Add 1 tsp tomato sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil and give a mix well.
Sprinkle some water and cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped spring onion.
Now the simple Chinese Noodles is ready to serve.
