  • Wash the flattened rice, two to three times, and keep aside. Keep in mind do not soak. Heat a pan and apply three tablespoons of oil. Once oil hot, put mustard seed and urad dal. Once the mustard starts to splutter, add curry leaves and green chilly. Add groundnut and fry
  • Don't fry till the groundnut become black. Apply washed flattened rice and stir gently. Put a pinch of turmeric powder. It's just for color and keeps stirring it for three minutes. Finally, add tomato and onions and stir it. Sprinkle lemon juice on the Poha before serving
